1. For quick, accurate, delivery please submit your PURCHASE ORDERS for the product and/or services listed in your proposal.

2. Include your Purchase Order and attach your proposal for each PO, the date, and the name address where the invoice should be sent. Please include shipping instructions. If ordering technology or services, please include contact name and email address.
