Through engaging written and interactive content, students will be immersed in the landscape of America and follow the nation’s progress from its earliest days forward. They are introduced to key periods in American history during classroom instruction, reading, research, and practice. Our U.S. History textbook programs include video materials for the tech-savvy student. Houghton Mifflin Harcourt provides U.S. History teaching resources for grades 6 through 12 that capture the interest of learners. Our goal is to connect students to events and individuals from the past that have shaped our nation.
