Making the School-Home Connection

Building strong school-to-home connections is important to learning, and technology makes that more attainable. In Making the School-Home Connection, families learn how to support student learning at home using HMH digital program resources. We help families understand how teachers are using HMH program resources and instructional tools in the classroom, as well as how to extend that learning at home.

Delivery: 90 minute, in-person workshop for parents, families, and teachers

Learning Outcomes:

  • Families learn how HMH programs are being used in the classroom
  • Families learn how to best support their children at home
  • Families learn how to build a common language and understanding between home and school
